What size should i order ?
Lazzy socks are free size and suitable for both men and women. They fit up to UK 11 / US 12.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), online banking, and e-wallets (Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe). Can I cancel my order once it's shipped?
If the order is shipped alredy, Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel it .
Can i add more product to existing order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add more products to an existing order once it has been shipped. If you would like to purchase additional items, you will need to place a new order. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Do i have to create an account to order a product?
No, you do not have to create an account to order a product. However, having an account with us allows you to keep track of your orders, save your shipping information, and receive updates on new products and promotions. If you choose to checkout as a guest, you can still complete your purchase without creating an account.
How will i know that my order is placed Successfully?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your order number, a summary of the items you have ordered, and the shipping address. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact customer service for assistance.
I tried placing my order using my Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/upi/wallet. The Order was not sucessful but my money got deducted .

What are the design options?
With 250+ designs in funky & quirky crew length socks, ankle length socks and no-show socks, we have something to match every personality. The argyle collection, the space edition socks, cartoon prints, superhero themed socks, prints with foods, fruits, animals and birds, you name it, we have it!
What are the options in socks length?
We currently offer designer socks in 3 lengths;
- Crew Length Socks – mid way between calf and ankle
- Ankle Length Socks – covering ankle
- No-Show Socks – hidden beneath loafers and moccasins.
Can you give me an idea about the thickness of the socks?
Our socks have an appropriate thickness for the most active feet. Our socks are manufactured through the cutting-edge 200 needle sock technology that provides sock fabric that is denser, but not much thick.
Does actual socks colours vary from the images shown on the website?
Actual socks colors may vary from the images shown as the lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken affects the colours of the image, rest assured the actual colours of our socks are very soothing and extremely appealing to eyes.
What are Lazzy Socks made of?
Lazzy Socks are made of a combination of combed cotton, elastane, and other high-quality materials to ensure comfort, durability, and softness.
Shippping
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and it takes about 2-5 working days for the order to reach you once dispatched, depending on your city.
Are there any shippng charges?
We offer free shipping on orders over 499₹.
A shipping charge of 50₹ is payble on order below 499₹.
How do i track my order?
To track your order, you can visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website, which is accessible from the main menu. Enter your order number and email address, and you'll be able to see the current status of your order. Can I use COD as a payment option?
Yes, COD is available as a payment option for customers who place an order with Lazzy Socks. You can choose COD as your payment option while placing your order.
What are the COD charges for Lazzy Socks?
There is a COD charge of INR 70 for each order placed using Cash on Delivery as the payment method. Please note that this charge is non-refundable and is applicable regardless of the order value.
Return & Refund
What is the return policy?
Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of order delivery.
We put a no-hassle return policy in place to make sure our customers can shop with us in 100% confidence and we take full responsibility for any faulty, damaged, missing pair/s, or wrong pair/s of socks delivered to our customers.

What is the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for any products purchased from Lazzy Socks. However, you may exchange your product for a different design or product within 7 working days from the date of delivery.. A credit note will be issued to you, which is valid for 6 months. What is the warranty policy?
For Lazzy Socks products, removing the tag will void the warranty on the product. The tag is attached for authenticity and quality assurance purposes, and serves as proof of purchase. If you receive a product with a damaged tag, please do not remove the tag and instead contact our customer care at 9977000702 or info@lazzysocks.com for assistance. We strongly advise against removing the tags from our products.
What is exchange policy?
- Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we only accept exchange requests for unused and unsoiled products with all tags and packaging intact.
- Request for exchange should be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
