At Lazzy Socks, we take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality, fun, and funky socks that bring a smile to their face. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and that's why we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy in place to ensure our customers can shop with confidence.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept exchange requests for unused and unsoiled products with all tags and original packaging intact.
- Requests for exchange must be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- Items purchased on sale, with a discount, or as part of an offer are eligible for exchange.
- Items purchased using a credit note are not eligible for exchange or returns.
- Any item that has been exchanged once is not eligible for a second exchange.
- If the requested product for exchange is out of stock, we will issue a credit note for the same value.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
- Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept return requests for unused and unsoiled products with all tags and original packaging intact.
- We do not provide bank refunds on any product once sold. Products are eligible for exchange only, subject to the conditions above.
- Refunds (via credit note) are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered (i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation) or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
- Credit notes issued are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
- Requests for returns must be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- Refunds are not accepted due to minor colour differences. A ten percent variation is accounted for due to screen resolution and lighting.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, all scarves and hats are considered final sale and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales of these specific items are final.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Return pickups are provided based on the shipping provider's serviceability in your area.
- In some cases, we may ask you to send the return package back to our warehouse.
- Returns typically take approximately 4-5 working days to reach us once picked up from your location.
- Once received and inspected, your exchange or credit note will be processed within 7 working days.
